The following photos are a JD 6920 from Mr Hansie Swanepoel from Lichtenburg, South Africa, which is the very 1st tractor to start using the magnet screen in December 2017. The bearing on its main driveshaft broke down. Any John Deere owner knows that the damage will not only cost the bearing and the shaft. For such a break, you can be sure to repair your front transmission pump as well. And that is going to cost you $$$$$.
Mr Swannepoel, mobile nr +27 721081584, did not have any extra costs. His JD 6920's transmission pump was not damaged. The magnet screen did 100% of the work it was intended to do.

Do you now realize that the smaller steel particles must first pass through the pump before it passes through the first filter, and the ones that go through your filter do the worst damage? Look at the flow chart and notice where your screen No2 is located… the pump no 4 and where your filter no23
Again, the proof that everything that goes through your screen has to go through your pump before it reaches a sufficient filter... which can then still only filter to a certain micron [e.g. a 10-micron filter lets everything through that is Smaller than 10 micron]. And we could have stopped the fine micro steel particles that pass by here. Our filters are going to drastically extend the life of your machine… and that's exactly what we're accomplishing effectively.
